Position Summary:

PenguinData Workforce is looking for a Telecommunications Integration Specialist to join our team!

To help us continue growing, we’re seeking individuals with a strong telecommunications or construction background to join a highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will have field operations experience across multiple lines of business (Fulfillment, Drop Buries, Construction).

The Integration Specialist is responsible for the success of their assigned project/training events and must be committed to superior customer service. They are expected to participate in the development of plans for continuous personal and professional growth. The Integration Specialist is expected to master new services, technology, and internal processes shortly after their implementation. They also must manage aspects of the customer integration (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success and produce quality deliverables on a project. The Integration Specialist should demonstrate the ability to teach new technical material, deliver new offerings and services, implement new PenguinData Workforce Management modules with minimal preparation time and guidance and meet utilization targets. Travel will be required and can be as much as 20-30 weeks on the road per year.

 

Primary Position Duties:

 
  • Assess training needs for new and existing customers
  • Create agendas and coordinate training sessions with customers
  • Conduct quality remote training sessions for new customers
  • Partner with senior management regarding customer training needs
  • Organize and develop training programs to meet specific customers' needs
  • Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
  • Create training videos for customers to access
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods, including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching
  • Track and report on training outcomes for senior management
  • Provide direct technical customer support
  • Respond to customer support calls/requests within established time frames
  • Assure timely and thorough resolution of customer support issues
  • Maintain all documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Required to test new release items and provide quality feedback
  • Create documentation for new functionality being added
  • Available for After Hours Support
  • Travel for on-site training (US and internationally)
  • Includes all other job duties as assigned
