Primary Position Duties:

  • You will be responsible for the completion of all daily administration in your unit.  You will maintain a file system that is accurate and organized.  A daily audit will be completed on all other shift paperwork and any discrepancies will be noted for discussion at the weekly manager meeting.  Purchase logs will be reviewed weekly by you and either the Area Manager or Training Coordinator.
    -Complete daily paperwork
    • Complete Food Safety Audit daily in the OGB  (review weekly for completions)
    • Complete lighting survey (one a week (OGB))
    • Complete Daily inventory and waste and check all variances
    • Input all Sygma and Bread invoices
    • Review weekly purchase log
    • Cash handling daily (safe control)
    • Daily closeout
    • Email Daily Sales Report
    • Review all shift paperwork (notate discrepancies)
    • File all daily paperwork
    • Report any discrepancies to Manager 2 for weekly meeting.
    • Must be completed twice per day

      • Perform administrative duties

        • Basic mathematical functions
        • Orange Guide Book
        • Food Safety shift checklist
      • Position
        • Will work a station (i.e. Grill, Fry Station, Front Counter, Drive Thru...)
