Position Summary:

ONLINE MANAGER
Do you have strong leadership and organization skills? Do you love to shop?! Lees Marketplace has a great management opportunity at their Heber location as a Lees Online Shopping Manager!! ! As a personal shopper manager, you will need to be a friend and a social connection between the store, your team and the guests. You will oversee and participate in the delivery of online and call-in grocery orders, floral arrangements, pharmaceuticals, and special orders/requests throughout the store. You will have the opportunity to train, schedule and lead the Lees Online team to ensure our online customers receive excellent customer service and quality products. Primary Position Duties:

 
  • Work with third party providers (i.e. Rosie App) with order fulfillment and guest satisfaction.
  • Work alongside with the Front End Manager weekly to coordinate scheduling needs for the department within the labor budget.
  • Oversee order quality and supervise delivery of grocery orders, floral arrangements, pharmaceuticals, and other requests.
  • Be the liaison between departments and orchestrate daily delivery and pickup schedules.
  • Be in communication with the eCommerce Coordinator with weekly reports and updates, additional support needs, and additional training.
  • Represent the company one on one with guests and the community and motivate your team to extend this friendly service beyond store.
  • Develop maximum guest & team member relations through a friendly and courteous behavior.
  • Promote a high level of morale within the store, utilizing friendly but professional methods of honest, open, and consistent communication.
  • Provides a safe, clean and positive environment; and consistently builds and supports a friendly culture that is based on relationships and continuous improvement.
  • Has knowledge of and complies with all company policies, procedures, programs and directives.  Refers to Team Member Handbook continually to ensure policies and procedures are followed.  Promotes a harassment-free environment, and immediately reports any potential harmful situation to management. 
  • Continually strives to build knowledge and skills, both personally and within the team and store through training and education of self and other team members.
  • Attends team, store and company meetings as required; contributes to profit and revenues and meets productivity standards.
  • Understands and is capable with technology and the back-end systems.
  • Fulfilling orders with expediency and quality for all needs of the store.
  • Shopping and organizing orders within the designated areas of the store.
  • Delivers all grocery orders, floral arrangements, pharmaceuticals, and additional special orders, and requests throughout the store with the guest in mind.
  • Loading pick-up orders into the guest's car in an expedient and friendly manner.
  • Address all guest concerns in a polite, friendly manner and consistently going above and beyond to reach guest satisfaction.
  • Directs the day to day operations of the needs of pickup and delivery throughout the store
  • Schedules according to needs within the labor budget
  • Approaches all situations and coordination throughout the store with the guest in mind.
 

Position Requirements:

 
  • Experience:  In-store customer service and management is preferred.
  • Minimum Age:  21 Years of age
  • Lifting Requirements:   Ability to lift 30+ pounds
  • Equipment:   Computer, internet, grocery carts and bins, handheld computer device, cash register, etc.   
  • Physical Abilities:   Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, twist, and bend; repetitive use of hands and arms to push, pull, carry, lift, reach, grip and balance; occasionally stoop, crouch, kneel or crawl.  Lifting may include floor to shoulder and overhead lifting.  Occasional use and climbing of step stools, ladders, or multiple flights of stairs required.           
  • Communication:   Ability to write, speak, hear and understand the spoken word in order to respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and guests.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
  • Driving Requirements: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required. Will need to be capable and comfortable driving large vehicles and traversing during challenging weather conditions. Must be comfortable with taking and using your personal phone to communicate with the store and guests while on deliveries. GPS and phone should only be used when the vehicle is parked, and only for Lee's related communication while on the clock.

 

 

Education or Skills:


High School diploma or GED; or related job experience and/or training are required.
