Primary Position Duties:
The Senior Architect provides services for Clients and/or projects.  The Architect III works hand in hand with assigned Project Managers as lead professional for the project team, providing technical and professional practice expertise and mentoring.  The Senior Architect is responsible for providing a direct communication line with assigned Clients and is responsible for overseeing all project/s associated with the Client and or program.  Duties include but not limited to field investigations and visual surveys, historic status research (when applicable), presentation materials, schematics and programming, design development and project design, construction documents, coordination and review of other disciplines, contract administration, quality assurance inspections, and business development/marketing.
 
Education or Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a 5 year accredited program, plus licensure as an Architect in a NCARB reciprocal jurisdiction.
Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in the practice of architecture.
Proficiency in Revit-BIM 360 required
Proficiency in AutoCad and/or rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape,
Rhino is desirable.
