Position Summary

Primary Position Duties
Experienced Quality Assurance Inspector provides inspection services for roofing/wall/ waterproofing projects and assists the Engineering/ Architects/ RRC staff with Building Envelope surveys, forensics and contract administration.
 
Conducts pre-work conferences. Reviews on-site submittals for accuracy. Provides on-site inspection services for construction tasks concerning roofing/waterproofing issues.  Responsible for ensuring work is in compliance with the contract drawings and specifications.  Documents status of work with regular reports to management. Performs Thermography Infrared, Tramex, Spray Rack, and Water testing upon required testing certifications.  May assist with testing until certified.  May be a Drone Operator.

Education or Skills (Review Job Type to make sure it matches)
High School Diploma/GED Required
RRO certification from the Roof Consultants Institute
3 years’ Experience or if no certification, a minimum of 5 years related experience is required.
May be a Certified Infrared Thermographer
Drone Operator License is required for all Drone Operators.
 
Position Requirements
