Position Summary:


Assistant managers in our stores help the day to day operation by managing crew members and making sure the store is running well for the customers. Management experience is preferred but I care a whole lot more about your dedication and intent than I do about previous experience. We are willing to work with you and get you the proper training both with hands on learning and instructional teaching for you. We are a growing company and are going to have 12+ stores in the area in the coming years. There will is plenty of room for growth and promotion for those who want be their own boss or run a store.

Primary Position Duties:


The Assistant Manager builds and supervises a team of employees and achieves Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and sales and profitability.

Position Requirements:

 
  • Preferred minimum age of 21.
  • Can read and analyze profit and loss statements, has a working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building and a proven track record of controlling costs.
  • Have excellent decision making, planning and problem solving skills.
  • Possess strong management, team building and communication skills.
  • Is able to perform all the essential functions of the job and a carried, 40 hour work week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • The U.S. Department of Justice (INS Division) requires that each Team Member provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States.
