Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Even in the kitchen, customers can hear and see you
    • You must be able to present yourself in a manner that is acceptable and make sure that each and every customer is leaving “Highly Satisfied”
  • Each customer should be greeted with a smile and a warm hello
• Food Prep and Delivery
  • Our product is made to order and holding product is not acceptable
  • We take pride in the fact that every product that leaves the kitchen is hot and fresh, and trust me our Burgers are well work the wait.
  • You must be able to follow strict sanitation and food safety procedures.
  • You must be able to measure product accurately, so that our standards are upheld.
  • You will be trained on how to follow specific make-up table procedures
• Safety and Sanitation
  • You will be around hot areas; therefore, you must be able to follow strict safety procedures.
  • You must wear gloves at all times when working the make-up table
• Daily Operations
  • Must be able to adhere to times on product so that orders are able to go out in a timely manner.
  • Must help with other stations if certified so that the production flow is never stalled.
• Ensure Quality Standards
  • Never use product that has reached an unacceptable temperature or is no longer within date.
• Open Communication with Management
  • Must have a willingness to learn
  • Each and every employee is important to our company; we will always take time to listen if you have a question about your position or the company itself
• Uniform
  • Employees must come to work in full uniform each and every day; if an employee is not in uniform they will be asked to go home
    • Orange Whataburger Polo
    • Black pants (not skinny jeans)
    • Black Belt
    • Black “Tredsafe” or “Shoes for Crews” slip resistant shoes
    • Must be clean shaved
    • Men are not allowed to wear earrings
    • Acrylic, fake, or painted nails are not acceptable
• Achieve Station Certifications
