Position Summary:

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job responsibilities in such a way that all the products they make are of high quality and customers they serve are satisfied.

 

 

Primary Position Duties:

 

•  May need to communicate with customers.
• Prepares high quality products consistantly. Follows Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• The ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• The ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctly.
• Ability to process and complete customer orders.
• Clean your station, equipment and the store.
• Practices safety and security procedures.

 

Position Requirements:

Must be dependable, hard working and able to handle pressure situations and stress.
Must have a positive attitude.
Must be willing to be a team player.

Education or Skills:

No special education is required, we will train.
Bi-lingual is prefered.
The ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
The ability to communicate with customer or co-workers.
