Position Requirements:

·         Customer Service | Account Representatives will represent our clients in a customer service and sales capacity.  
·         Customer Service | Account Representative will be responsible for generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
·         Customer Service | Account Representatives will proactively suggest items needed by customers to improve customer satisfaction.  
·         Customer Service | Account Representatives will also educate customers about new technology and features/benefits of products in order to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction.
·         Customer Service | Account Representatives will contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer service and customer satisfaction.
 

Education or Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field a strong plus; but a High School Diploma or GED is required.
